Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey is handmade and distilled, aged and bottled at Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Jack Daniel’s original, full-bodied Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey – a scorched oak flavour with a strong vanilla and caramel flavour – is the result of the work of the distillery’s artisans, who have dedicated themselves in a unique way to the traditional preparation of whiskey.
After the maturation of the alcoholic solution in special charcoal, each Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel barrel goes through the aging process in selected areas of the warehouses where the color and flavor of the whiskey “strengthen” even more during the change of seasons in Tennessee. To highlight the unique nature of the whisky, a special label is affixed to each bottle with the batch, barrel number and separate bottling date, indicating the distinct flavour profile of the whisky coming from a single barrel. Intense and perfectly harmonized presence of vanilla and caramel, along with mild notes of unique aromas of maple charcoal and fruits.
