Description: Pale yellow color with green highlights. Nose with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, asparagus and freshly cut lawn. Mouth of medium volume, with cool acidity.
Vineyards: From the privately owned vineyards of the Zacharias family, in Douramani, in the municipality of Nemea.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction for 10-12 hours and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 7-9 oC.
Combined with: Aromatic green salads, goat cheeses, fish and fried mollusks.
