Vinification: Classic red vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Taste Characteristics: Bright red color with purple highlights. Expressive and complex aromas of cherries, raspberry, rose, sweet spices and notes of vegetableness. Dense and elegant in the mouth, with vivid acidity, refined tannins and a long aftertaste.
Harmony: Grilled red meats and game, braised white and red meats, mushroom dishes and ripe cheeses.
Enjoy it at 16-18°C. It is recommended to decant the wine half an hour before serving.
