Vinification: Classic red vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Taste Characteristics: Deep purple color. Intense and fresh aromas of black and red fruits, reminiscent of sour cherry, black cherry and plum, combined with elegant notes of vanilla, spices and chocolate. Concentrate in the mouth with fruit depth, ripe tannins and a charming, long finish.
Harmony: Red meats grilled or cooked, game, ripe cheeses and cold cuts.
Enjoy it at 16-18°C. It is recommended to decant the wine half an hour before serving.
