The Santorini of Sigalas estate has a straw blonde color with light greenish highlights and delicate aromas mainly of citrus fruits. The taste density and acidity that the aromas highlight, give freshness and a long aftertaste to the wine.
With characteristic metallicity, typical of the variety and soil, it has the ability to age for more than 6 years. It is served at 10-11°C and accompanies fish and white meats with light sauces.
