Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryoextraction to highlight varietal aromas. Stirring of the lees (battonage).
Tasting: Soft lemon-green color, explosively intense nose, aromas of citrus (grapefruit – lime) and exotic fruits (mango – passion fruit), pear and peach, herbs (lemongrass), traces of vegetativeness and freshly cut grass. Rich fruity mouth, with accentuated acidity and complex aftertaste.
It ages for 2 years.
