It was created from the variety Pinot Noir, grown in the coolest spot of the Estate.
For its vinification , pre-fermentation extraction is performed at 6οC for one week followed by classic red vinification. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, it is led to French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place and remains for aging for 12 months.
Its color is purple, while on the nose the aromas of red fruits with emphasis on cherry and berry, are combined with aromas of spices and vanilla. In the mouth it is pleasant, with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long aftertaste. A wine that can be consumed immediately, but also within the next 5 years from its birth.
It accompanies pasta with rich, white sauces with cream, but also red spicy sauces, cooked meats with spicy sauces, and Asian cuisine. Served at 16-18oC.
