The Babajim company was founded in 1875 in Constantinople and after the Asia Minor catastrophe the family settled in Macedonia continuing the art of distillation. Since 1971, the continuation of the tradition, grandson, Anestis Babatzimopoulos, founds a winery and distillery on the beautiful slopes of Mount Vertiskou, in Ossa. Nice clean aroma and gentle in the mouth ideally accompanies seafood appetizers.Alcohol 40% vol.
