The distillery of Ouzo Plomari Isidoros Arvanitos moved to a new place in a wonderful olive grove again in picturesque Plomari, the place where Ouzo Plomari was created in 1894 by Isidoros Arvanitis and continues to be produced for over 100 years. The distillery combines the traditional method of distillation and production with the latest science in bottling and packaging. It consists of small, handmade, copper stills while all procedures are carried out under particularly strict conditions with the meticulous observance of hygiene rules. The anise and fennel used by the Distillery for the production of the distillate are of superior quality and come from its privately owned estates in Lisvori, Lesvos.
