Vinification: Classic red vinification. The stay with the marc is prolonged and the new wine is placed in oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. There it remains for a year, followed by bottling and aging in the bottle.
Description: Dark red color, special aroma that combines notes of flowers and fruits such as red berry and citrus with spices, smoke, herbs and spicy characters, composing a complex bouquet. In the mouth it is soft at first with well-structured and balanced tannins, round and rich, with a long aromatic duration. Very attractive wine, with substance and elegance captures the special character of the variety.
