Vinification: Modern technological vinification with the method of pre-fermentation extraction at 10°C for 8 hours. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures. The wine is kept for a limited time in stainless steel tanks for a short contact with the fine lees.
Taste characteristics – ageing: Wine with excellent freshness and intense acidity. Delicate aromas of great intensity, mainly from citrus fruits and lemon flowers. They are complemented by the characteristic rose aromas that Moschofilero highlights. Clean mouth with intense aftertaste.
Ideal combination with food: Stuffed vine leaves with egg-lemon sauce, tuna tataki, noodles with sweet and sour sauce, green salads and sushi.
