Varietal composition: 100% Malbec. From privately owned vineyards in Barrancas, Maipú (50%) and Consulta, Uco Valley (50%) / Mendoza.
Appearance: Medium ruby, clear and bright.
Nose: Explosive aromas of red fruits with notes of violet, vanilla and coffee.
Mouth: Wine with medium body, intense taste, depth, good structure and aftertaste. Typical velvety and exuberant Malbec.
Vinification-Maturation: Extraction in a cold environment for 72 hours. Traditional fermentation with daily macerations for the first 7 days. Malolactic fermentation. Then the wine remains in new French barrels for 10 months and another 6 months in the bottle.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
Harmony: Puttanesca paste with extra bacon, smoked pork chop and juicy burgers.
