Top tsipouro is mixed with thyme honey from the region of Mani. The addition of cinnamon, cloves and other ingredients and the unique traditional production process, as well as the absence of sugar and the presence of only honey, create a premium distillate changing the homemade rakomelo we knew.
At home one can enjoy it as a digestive after a meal, frozen in summer. In winter you can heat it in a small coffee pot, about 50C, just enough to heat it without boiling.
