The slowest and most expensive production process was chosen, with 100% distillation in traditional copper stills. This means that contrary to what usually happens, when only 20% of the alcohol is distilled along with the aromatics, at Ktima Costa Lazaridis the total amount of alcohol has passed through the still. Of course, along with a carefully selected mixture of seeds, nuts and aromatic woods, dominated by Macedonian anise.
