The deep, diversified notes of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, black tea and leather, revealed through processing, are faithful to the Mexican ancestral origins of corn and unlike any other whiskey profile.Abasolo reveals the deeper flavors of ancestral corn through a special corn nixtamalization technique, a 4,000-year-old culinary technique that has not been used never before in whiskey production, but it is fundamental to the preparation of corn as food in Mexico.
