CONNEMARA DISTILLERS EDITION 700ml

Connemara’s Distillers Edition is an excellent example of Irish double distilled whiskey. In the nose a small pine resin brings a real freshness that leads to a gentle fragrant peat. Honey, pear drops and fresh green apples. In the mouth it is a little flat and undefined. A feeling of vegetable peat, but you quickly lose leaving a slight bitterness. Apples again and then smoked cream and baked toast. Finish long, with wood smoke, licorice, cloves.
