West Cork Distillers was founded in 2003 by John O’Connell, Denis McCarthy and Ger McCarthy at Union Hall, West Cork.
Nose: Several flowers, with lavender, sesame, caramelized walnuts and salted chocolate.
Uranus: Dry oak spice and chai spices, with peanut butter.
Finish: A soft long caramel finish alongside cinnamon
