The soft and warm flavors present in Northland come from the calm way the distillate is prepared and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak barrels. Northland, aged and bottled on-site, is the first chapter in Wolfburn’s history.

Initially sweet with notes of fruit and fresh sea air. In the background you will find citrus freshness and hints of cereals, and only a trace of peat smoke.
Mouth:
Sweet, nutty notes come to the fore, with notes of grapes and honey in the background. Floral flavors abound, enhanced with a small hint of dried fruits and spices.
