Organic wine from grapes of the Thessalian variety of Limniona and the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Ring: 4th week of August-3rd week of September
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in French oak tanks and aging for 12 months in 225 L French and American oak barrels. Then, at least 12 months aging in the bottle.
Tasting note: Deep violet color, aromas of black and red fruits with notes of black pepper and coffee. In the mouth, exuberant with rich tannins, black fruit flavors and complex spicy aftertaste.
Accompanies: Red meats, cold cuts and fatty cheeses.
Ageing Potential: At least 5-10 years
