The El Enemigo range has quality characteristics of &#8220;terroir&#8221; wines with emphasis on the Gualtallary zone (1450 m altitude), the highest zone of Mendoza and the only one with limestone soils.<\/p>\n<p>El Enemigo (The enemy): At the end of the journey we remember only one battle. The one we gave to ourselves, the one that defines us. The &#8220;enemy&#8221; is not kidding as it was distinguished by J.Suckling MW as the best neocosmic white wine under 30 euros in the world (2016) giving it 98\/100 points, as in the next year (2017)!!<\/p>\n<div class=\"single-product-custom-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row container \">\n<div class=\"small-12 large-6 columns scroll-animate animated fadeInLeft\" data-animate=\"fadeInLeft\">\n<div class=\"column-inner\">\n<p>Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay from Gualtallary, Tupungato at an altitude of 1400-1500m.<\/p>\n<p>Vinification-Maturation: In French barrels of 500 lt for 12 months, 35% new. Indigenous yeasts, maximum temperature 18\u00ba C for 40 days. The wine remains under a seamless layer of flor for 10 months in the old barrels. Do not stir the lees. Nature works quietly here and the winemaker has no place.<\/p>\n<p>Soil: Limestone superficially and in depth. Strongly stony.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"small-12 large-6 columns scroll-animate animated fadeInRight\" data-animate=\"fadeInRight\">\n<div class=\"column-inner\">\n<p>Taste characteristics: Pale golden. Strong aromas of citrus, secondary tropical fruits, notes of nuts and yeast. The body is full-bodied, with pronounced minerality and high acidity, pronounced taste, balanced and persistent.<\/p>\n<p>Recommended serving temperature: Between 11\u00baC and 13\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: Pork belly with crispy skin, grilled fish, risotto with truffle.<\/p>\n<p>Numbers: Alcohol : 13,90\u00b0 | PH : 3.20 | Acidity: 7,50 g\/l | Residual sugars: \u2013 g\/l<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aleanna Winery has no entry line of products.
