\n WINEMAKING<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
Short pre-fermentation cryoextraction in grape pulp, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and extraction at temperatures up to 25oC. Maturation of wine for 12 months, in barrels of 225 liters, made of French oak. It was bottled unfiltered.<\/div><\/div>\n

\n FEATURES<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
Dark purple color with violet highlights, of sufficient density, aromas of ripe red fruits, vanilla, with intense tones of green pepper and aromatic herbs such as basil. In the mouth round, balanced, aromatic while the floral flavor is impressive. The aftertaste \u2013 which is supported by excellent quality tannins \u2013 is far away.<\/div><\/div>\n
