The vineyards of Monsignori are the expression used on the island when talking about the oldest vineyard of Argyros Estate. It is the vineyard of Episkopi -the oldest in Santorini- and has been cultivated by Argyros Estate for over 2 centuries. The Cuv\u00e9e Monsignori Silver Estate is produced from vineyards that are more than 200 years old. It is a Santorini that expresses very strongly the terroir of the island and gives more complete characteristics of the variety of Assyrtiko with absolute respect to tradition and through the special approach of Argyros Estate to the cultivation of the vineyard and winemaking. The vines are ploughed with mules and pruned with care. There is a very strict selection of grapes during the harvest and even stricter selection of wine during winemaking. A complex wine with a strong personality.
