The completion of three decades since the first bottling of CH<\/strong>\u00c2<\/strong>TEAU<\/strong> is an opportunity not only for celebration but also for new beginnings: the three wines, white, red and ros\u00e9, are now released with new labels,<\/strong> created by Greek artist George Taxidis<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n The art of wine is a human activity, manual and laborious. Wine is “made” by human hands and is destined for humans. In the works that adorn the new labels, emphasis is placed on man and more specifically on his hand, as this is how he processes wine.<\/p>\n All three works depicted on the new labels together constitute a trilogy <\/strong>concerning man’s actions on the vineyard, placed within three separate time frames. The red wine label depicts planting<\/strong>, birth, beginning \u2013 it’s the start.
