For its vinification<\/strong> , pre-fermentation extraction is performed at 6\u03bf<\/sup>C for one week followed by classic red vinification. After the end of alcoholic fermentation, it is led to French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place and remains for aging for 12 months.<\/p>\n Its color<\/strong> is purple, while on the nose the aromas of red fruits with emphasis on cherry and berry, are combined with aromas of spices and vanilla. In the mouth<\/strong> it is pleasant, with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long aftertaste. A wine that can be consumed immediately, but also within the next 5 years from its birth.<\/p>\n It accompanies<\/strong> pasta with rich, white sauces with cream, but also red spicy sauces, cooked meats with spicy sauces, and Asian cuisine.
