With over 3000 years of thriving history, the Maya are mythical people who inhabited southern Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and Guatemala, from which Hibal gin originated.<\/p>\n
In time, the Spaniards arrived in Guatemala, bringing with them other advanced techniques, such as alcohol distillation. Xibal Gin is therefore a product that emerged from the union of Mayan and Spanish cultures and the collective knowledge of herbs and botany.
