Vinification<\/p>\n
Pre-fermentation extraction at a temperature of 12 – 15\u00baC for seven days. Then fermentation follows for about twenty days at temperatures of 25 \u2013 30\u00baC. The new wine is transported in French oak barrels of 300 lt, for the realization of malolactic fermentation, where it remains with its muds for a period of two months.
