Deep red and compact. Red currant, cherry jam, mint chocolates, ink and cedar are just some of the aromas that one can recognize. . Fleshy, rich, almost exuberant, with plenty of fruit that supports well-incorporated tannins. The theoretically high presence of alcohol is compensated by acidity and is expressed mainly as sweetness and volume.<\/p>\n
It accompanies red meats grilled or cooked, large poultry, such as turkey or goose, roasted, furry game, roasted piglet, soft cheeses with crusts .<\/p>\n
Long extraction of 20 days, aging in French oak barrels, of which 40% are new.<\/p>\n
