In a magnificent location just 12 miles from Glasgow, this Glengoyne distillery founded in 1833 is located.
Glengoyne 12 years old is a soft, fruity whisky with a complete absence of smoke, which is unusual for Highlands Malts. There is a strong presence of fruit aromas, with lemon zest and coconut milk standing out the most. There are also distinct aromas of sherry that give intensity and richness to this whisky. In its aftertaste it leaves aromas of oak and seasoned spice.
