This very rare Greek variety, Limniona, finds in the hands of Christos Zafirakis its most enjoyable expression. This rosé version from 100% Limniona is almost sensual on the nose, beautifully marrying the elegance of red fruits, strawberry is the main characteristic of the variety along with red helmets, with very vivid acidity in the mouth and incomparable finesse.
Clean, soft in intensity, salmon. Very expressive aromas of red fruits on the nose, helmet and wild strawberry, flowers, butter caramel and Mediterranean herbs. Vivid acidity in the mouth, ideally married to the intensity of fruit and an unexpectedly refreshing finish, with a very light appetizing bitterness that gives it an extra dimension. An excellent sample of new generation rosé writing of the Greek vineyard.
