The passion, the love for tsipouro and the persistence of our family, created this aged elegant spirit with expressive aromas and rich chocolate taste. The excellent raw material, the water coming from a spring in the mountains of Dirfys, the fermentation at controlled temperatures and the distillation in copper stills with a rectification column, lead to a pure distillate, which after maturing for two years in oak barrels of French and American origin, acquires a complex, honeyed and attractive character.
Taste profile
Its color is amber, with fruity aromas ripe and reminiscent of fruit jams and dried orange peels, and oak dressing the spirit with sweet spices, vanilla, butter caramel, cocoa and nuts. Its taste is rich and persistent, with the flavors of oak besieging the palate and leaving a long chocolate aftertaste.
Enjoy it plain at 16 – 20 °C.
