O/purist is the project of 10 top Greek bartenders (Marfi Bali, Christos Houseas, Alexandros Gikopoulos, Kostas Ignatiadis, Dimitris Kiakos, Aris Makris, Yiannis Petris, Thodoris Pyrillos, Thanos Prunarous, Nikos Tachmatzis), with a vision to produce a new tsipouro, a fine spirit for the modern bar scene and the basis for creating excellent signature cocktails. The proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations for the benefit of Locality, Responsible Drinking & the Bartending Community. Creation of bartenders for bartenders.
