Cotswolds Dry Gin is made from nine herbs – juniper, coriander, angelica root, Cotswolds lavender and bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom seeds that have been softened in pure wheat distillate for 24 hours resulting in maximum aromatic intensity. Distillation is done with Cotswolds natural water.
