It is aged with the solera system, in American white oak barrels, in which Sherry & Porto wine have been aged before. Color glossy mahogany. Complex & explosive, with a clear presence of roasted acorns & a hint of vanilla.
Taste: Complex with a pure scorched oak flavor, vanilla notes and spices.
Nose: Dense aromas of caramel, vanilla and spices.
Aftertaste: Medium lasting finish, balanced, with a spicy finish.
Aging: A blend of rums aged up to 15 years with the Solera system, in American white oak barrels and barrels of American whiskey that previously contained port and sherry.
