A wine with an elegant character, where the floral and fruity aromas of muscat are expressed refined. With a light, greenish-yellow and bright color, it is a wine suitable for the most demanding wine lover. The white Muscat grape from which it is produced, comes exclusively from dry-stone terraces in the best mountain vineyards of the island and an altitude of up to 800 meters!
Intense nose where the floral aromas of the muscat variety meet pleasantly with impressive fruity notes of mainly white fruits (melon, peach) but also aromas of rose petal, apricot and lemon.
In the mouth we find the character of muscat with delicate and light taste, refreshing acidity and satisfactory duration. The fruity element dominates, followed by the floral notes of the variety (sweet rose).
“Psiles Korfes” is an aromatic, pleasant wine for every moment of enjoyment. It can be drunk alone but also as an aperitif, accompanied by fruit or cheese. It accompanies discreet dishes, refined and aromatic from Greek and International cuisine as well as seafood dishes and sweet and sour dishes.
Served at a temperature of 8-10ο C.
