Area / Vineyard: “Ambelia”, Amyntaio viticultural zone. “Turtles” at an altitude of 670 meters, with northwest orientation towards Mount Voras.
Vinification / Aging: Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay the wine for 2 months on its lees with periodic stirring.
Taste characteristics: Crystal clear, bright with pale yellow color, with light greenish highlights. Intense nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and distinctive aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is filled with excellent balance-coolness and refinement. Vivid and long-lasting aftertaste.
Harmony: Accompanies balanced green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, fried frothy fish, seafood appetizers and a wide variety of grilled fish.
Ideal enjoyment at 11-12º C.
