Pedro Ximénez is produced from raisined grapes of the variety of the same name and is aged in American barrels for about 10 years with the solera method. Very deep color, rich in flavor and very sweet, with aromas of dried plum and raisins in the nose. Lovely dessert wine. Enjoy it alone or accompany it with ice cream. It is served cool from the refrigerator or after putting it on ice for a while.
