The Oude Geuze Boon Black Label
Edition N°6 has the typical
long, dry aftertaste, but
very full flavor that we are
used to from the Boon Black
Label. With a very fresh citrus note
and a pleasant
shine, Boon Black Label N 6
is a very elegant, tender
Oude Geuze. In the intricate
ensemble that permeates it,
the light notes of oak that
resemble wine are noticeable
above the bittersweet
tones that bring all the
flavors together in a very balanced
way. This black label
was bottled on August
26, 2020. Its blend is from
one, two and three year old
Lambic aged in oak barrels.
