the best examples of 100%
spontaneous fruit fermentation.
Wild cherries (400gr per liter)
are fermented together with a mixture
of
young and matured Boon-Lambic beers aged
in oak barrels.
Oude Kriek is dry,
unfiltered and unpasteurized.
