KI NO BI which means “The beauty of the seasons” is the first Japanese gin, distilled and bottled in Kyoto, Japan. It is a 45.7 degree alcohol jeans with the characteristic dry character but has some special elements of Japan. These are derived from Japanese Kyoto herbs used in distillation such as bamboo, Japanese gyokuro tea from the Uji region, wood chips from Japanese cypress (hinoki) and green sanshō berries (Japanese peppercorn)
