The gin with the intense feeling of freshness and balanced dry profile. Juniper is harvested at the peak of its maturity from the estates of the Giró family, in Teruel. It contains extracts from natural essential oils of lemongrass, while two types of oranges from Valencia and lemons with coriander seeds from Seville are used for its preparation. Three types of grapefruit are added to the equation, combining uniquely to achieve a harmoniously bittersweet feeling. Kumquats, tangerines and limes from the Mediterranean coast, come to create a masterpiece gin, with a high quality alcoholic base, derived from excellent quality cereals and barley. The selection of botanicals was made under strict controls, while their immersion in gin was done manually.
Color: Bright, crystal color with metallic flashes.
Taste: Fresh and fruity in the mouth, with vivid citric notes and an underlying feeling of lemongrass and juniper.
Nose: Pure presence of citrus with notes of juniper and fruity feel.
