DON PAPA 700ml

Rich, tasty rum from the Philippines, inspired by the story of the priest Papa-Isio who played a major role in the country’s revolution in the 19th century. Using the local sugar cane from the island of Negros and maturing in oak barrels, Don Papa impresses. Fruity notes come to the nose, with mandarin and apricots standing out, followed by vanilla ice cream with toffee syrup. Intense vanilla and cinnamon flavors on the palate with small doses of raisins, sultanas and jam. Medium length finish with cinnamon dominating.
