The cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc and the Aegean Assyrtiko, the two white varieties that Costas Lazaridis first planted in the vineyard of Drama, shape the character of this wine.
Straw-blond, crystal bright color, with greenish highlights, a sign of youth.
Attractive, fresh aromas, reminiscent of peach, mango and pineapple, on a lemon background.
The grace and finesse of Sauvignon Blanc meet the power and intensity of Assyrtiko. The result is a wine with a cool but full mouth and a long fruity finish.
It pleasantly accompanies green salads, green pies, grilled vegetables, seafood and shellfish with light sauces, grilled fish with olive oil and lemon and herbs.
Fresh white cheeses, such as Anevato or Xinomizithra, but also the French Chèvre.
It is drunk up to 3-4 years from harvest.
Pre-fermentation extraction and fermentation at low temperatures highlight the potential of the varieties.
