Rums aged from 6 to 10 years in American oak barrels that earlier housed Bourbon Whiskey, while some of the rums are aged in barrels that earlier had Oloroso Sherry. Another aging after the final blending is the one that gives the homogeneity of the wonderful final mixture, with notes of vanilla, tropical fruits, with smoke and nuts dominating.
