RON ZACAPA 23 YEARS 700ml

It matures “at home above the clouds” at 2,300 meters, between high mountains with active volcanoes and green landscapes. It uses the Sistema Solera process that “relaxes” blends from different Reserve Rums of different ages and characters. It is produced from sugar cane honey and not molasses. A slow maturation process is used where cold mountain air reduces evaporation of the distillate. This rum was created to celebrate the founding of the city of Zacapa in Guatemala. It can be enjoyed plain or with a large ice coming from clean, neutral pH water
