A unique collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery. Redbreast Lustau Edition is made from a mixture of malted and unmalted material and then triple-distilled into pot stills. Having spent its final maturation journey in barrels with the finest Oloroso Sherry at Bodegas Lustau, the result is the ultimate Redbreast style.
Nose: Rich infusion of dark fruits, plums, figs with licorice, almond, toasted oak and fragrant spices.
Taste: Silky, smooth, with dynamic spices balanced with the richness of sherry bark and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
Aftertaste: Endless. Sweetness and various spices endure, while Oloroso Sherry and Spanish Oak have the last word.
