The Sherry Oak collection is a timeless journey of the senses. Beautifully guided by European oak, aged with Sherry in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Photographer Erik Madigan Heck captured The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old through the lens of his unique, signature style.
Erik captured the flavour notes of whisky – the warming, amber hues in still life evoke the subtle nose notes of sultanas, oranges and ground cinnamon. The basic flavors of ginger, soaked raisins, sticky dates, and dark chocolate are depicted in this still life.

Nose: Tart with ginger, raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange and ground cinnamon.
Taste: Soft and rich, with ginger flavors coated with dark chocolate with dates and dried apricots, balanced with the oak and sweetness of vanilla.
