Vinification: Classic red vinification with a long extraction of 25 days. The entire winemaking process takes place under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage of cryoextraction to the end. Aging lasts 12 months in French oak barrels (70% new – 30% 2nd use) and 6 months in bottles.
Taste Characteristics – Aging: Exuberant red wine with abundant aromas of red fruits, notes of eucalyptus and green pepper. Fleshy and rich in mouth. Soft, with mature tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging from 5 to 10 years, depending on the characteristics of the harvest.
Ideal combination with food: T-bone stake, rooster in wine sauce with spaghetti.
