It was created from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small participation of Agiorgitiko.
This is followed by classic red vinification with extraction which continues after the end of alcoholic fermentation. After the end of malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
It has a deep purple color, to black-red. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant and spices pop up along with notes of vanilla, cedar and milk chocolate. In the mouth it is rich, exuberant, well structured, with velvety tannins, which give it a long aftertaste and great aging potential. A wine that can be consumed today, but also in the future, aging for several years.
It accompanies red meats, barbecue or oven roasts, pork roll, sausages, cold cuts and soft cheeses. Try it at 18οC.
