It is produced by people who share their passion and vision for the creation of the Great Wine from Evia. Holy, is the time that develops an excellent wine into a Great one, Holy was also the time that passed these years and taught us Wine.

Rich spicy mouth, with very elegant velvety tannins, catalytic acidity and finesse rare for Greek wine. Apricot aromas playfully mixed with sweet red fruit and long aftertaste (12 months ripening in new French oak barrels).
