Vineyard: Linear organic vineyard at Filia (Goumenissa wine region)
Soil: Medium composition sand-loamy
Vinification: The carefully selected whole bunches of Negoska go through the carbonic extraction process in anaerobic conditions for 10 days. Then the whole bunches are carefully pressed, and the remaining sugars are converted into alcohol with the usual spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The wine remains in contact with its lees for 6 months. It has not been clarified or filtered and has a very low level of sulfur, which is added before bottling.
Ageing: 6 months with the lees in a tank
Organoleptic characteristics: This intense red wine has purple highlights and slight turbidity. It has a very intense nose which consists of aromas of dried strawberry, red fruits, cloves, cinnamon, balsamic with some fresh green notes. In the mouth it has balanced acidity and distinctive tannins at the end.
